Trusted & Certified
Sydney businesses stopped choosing whether to take security seriously; the choice was made for them. APRA’s CPS 234 makes regulated entities accountable for the information security of their suppliers. The SOCI Act expanded to cover data storage systems in late 2024. Businesses with $3 million or more in turnover must now report ransomware payments within 72 hours, with full enforcement since January 2026, and the statutory privacy tort that arrived in mid 2025 gives individuals a direct right to sue over serious invasions of privacy. Every one of those lands hardest on the mid-market: big enough to be liable, too small for a security team.
Our managed security services are built for exactly that position. Essential Eight alignment with a realistic maturity target, endpoint detection and response watched around the clock, verified backups that actually restore, staff awareness training, and incident response that starts in minutes rather than days. It runs alongside our managed IT services or alongside your existing IT team and provider.
The difference shows up when someone asks for proof. Insurers, enterprise clients and regulators all want evidence now, not assurances, and we produce it as a matter of course: maturity assessments, control mappings and incident playbooks ready before the questionnaire arrives.
If you want to know where you actually stand, book the free 38-point IT audit: five hours of our engineers’ time with security at the centre, and a report in plain English. No obligation, and you keep the report either way.

After-hours support available based on MSA
Everything needed to run your technology day to day: helpdesk for your staff, monitoring and patching of every device and server, Microsoft 365 management, verified backups, and security built in rather than bolted on. We’ve operated since 2003 and are ISO 27001 certified, so the service is structured and documented, with a dedicated account manager and quarterly strategy reviews instead of ad-hoc break-fix.
Most businesses in our range (20 to 500 seats) pay a fixed monthly fee per user, typically between $100 and $250 depending on how much security, compliance and after-hours coverage you need. Co-managed arrangements cost less. We quote a fixed price after the free 38-point audit, so you know exactly what you’re paying before you commit.
Our average call answer time is 36 seconds, and most issues are resolved remotely on the spot during business hours. Security work is largely remote by nature; our Bondi-based engineers attend on site for incident response and network work where needed. After-hours support is available under your service agreement.
Yes. Remote support fixes most things fastest, but network builds, hardware swaps, Wi-Fi surveys and office moves are done on site. Our Sydney engineers are based in Bondi and cover the metro area, with incident response starting remotely in minutes and on-site attendance arranged when an incident requires it.
Maturity Level One is the floor: most SMEs are not there yet, and getting there removes the easiest attack paths. Level Two is the realistic target for businesses holding sensitive data or serving enterprise and government clients, and it is what supplier questionnaires increasingly assume. We assess where you are, target what your risk actually justifies, and produce the evidence.
Security is part of the core service, not an add-on. Every client gets Essential Eight alignment, endpoint detection and response, monitored backups and staff awareness training. If you need to demonstrate compliance to a customer, insurer or government buyer, we produce the evidence.
Yes, we specialise in co-managed IT. Your internal team keeps the day-to-day knowledge; we add 35+ specialists, enterprise tooling and after-hours depth. You choose where the line sits, and we document it.
Yes. We’re Australia’s first AI-led MSP: we deploy and govern Microsoft Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT for clients, including data protection guardrails so staff can use AI without leaking sensitive information. If AI is on your roadmap, we’ll make it safe and useful rather than a risk.
