Having worked for a number of managed service providers over many years, Cris brings a wealth of knowledge to Epic IT’s operations. His experience spans corporate, mining, local government, and education sectors, giving him a practical understanding of how different industries consume and depend on IT services. Cris operates with a strong client focus, working as if he’s part of the client’s own team when it comes to recommending technology solutions for business improvement.

At Epic IT, Cris works closely with the vCIO team, acting as the primary relationship holder for a portfolio of managed services clients. He leads regular account reviews, identifies opportunities for IT improvement, and ensures clients are getting the most from their managed services agreement. His role bridges the gap between technical delivery and business outcomes, translating complex IT recommendations into plain language that business owners can act on.
