Greg
Founding the company back in 2003, Greg has since grown Epic IT into a thriving business but not without the help of his dedicated and hardworking team. With over 21 years’ experience in ICT, Greg is not only ITIL certified but also holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and a Degree in Computer Science.
Greg these days is a little less “on the tools” and has been superseded by a very talented service and senior leadership team. A team that clearly share his passion in innovation, service excellence and attention to detail. Greg now focuses much less on the operations and instead more on forging great relationships, partnerships and pursuing new business opportunities for Epic IT.
Away from the office, Greg loves spending time with his family in the great outdoors loving caravaning where he can often be found next to, in or on the water. Or he is watching the footy.

At Epic IT, Moe is focused on scaling the business across its three pillars: Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and AI Services. His governance-first mindset, shaped by years in heavily regulated environments, drives his passion for helping small and medium organisations navigate AI adoption, digital transformation, and compliance.

With over seven years spent entirely in the MSP space, he knows managed services from the ground up, having worked every rung from the tools to running the department. He owns service delivery end to end: hiring and developing technicians, keeping response times sharp, and making sure every ticket lands with the right person the first time.
Alongside the day-to-day, he drives Epic IT’s automation and reporting stack, building the AI-assisted tooling that lets the team spend less time on admin and more time fixing things.
Service management: ITIL v4 Foundation

Matt
Matt looks after Epic IT’s client relationships across account management and new business, making sure our managed IT services keep pace with what each client actually needs. He came up through the technical side, so his Diploma of Networking and ITIL Foundations certification sit behind every conversation. That grounding means he can dig into a client’s setup himself rather than handing off every technical question.

Clients value his reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail across procurement, delivery, and after-sales support. “People may forget what you said, but they’ll remember how reliable you were.”
Anthony
Anthony looks after HR and Accounts at Epic IT. A typical day covers accounts queries and HR responsibilities like the pay run, alongside small projects with people across the team, one week a platform improvement, the next a documentation push. He joined Epic IT just over a year ago after three years in software sales, and holds a degree in Economics along with recently completed Claude AI training. On the accounts side, clients know him as the person who works hard to get them an answer or a resolution as fast as possible. Outside of work Anthony watches movies and plays video games with friends, and having recently moved to Perth, he has spent his weekends ticking off all the touristy activities. He has set himself a goal of watching 150 movies this year.
Shane
Shane is the senior technical account manager for Epic IT. As he is also very technical, he spends a lot of his time on solution design and RnD putting him in a position where he can always recommend the most optimal solutions for our customers. Shane’s addition to the team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having helped establish and run a successful Managed Service Provider business in Sydney, NSW.
Shane loves his sports, particularly Basketball and while he spends his up time frequently above the hoop his down time is more reserved for taking trips with his young family to Margaret River to escape IT even if its just for short moment.
Aaron
Aaron joined Epic IT in 2013 and has spent the years since building out the company’s capabilities across cybersecurity, AI, development, and integration work. He leads the technical side of Epic IT’s ISO 27001 certification and Essential Eight uplift programs for clients, while quietly building the internal tooling and automation that keeps the wider team productive. Aaron holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Western Australia, one in Computer Science and one in Commerce, alongside Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications. He has a knack for cutting through noise and shipping pragmatic solutions rather than gold-plated ones, which is why he tends to be the person called in when something is genuinely complex. Outside of work, Aaron is a Perth local who spends weekends bouncing between long coffees, ocean swims at Cottesloe, and a steadily growing pile of half-finished side projects.

His days run from morning triage through a steady mix of tickets and support calls, resolving most issues on the spot and giving the trickier ones the diligence of a proper investigation, digging in until he finds the root cause rather than settling for a quick patch, and keeping clients in the loop the whole way. He studied Computing Science in Belfast and worked with an MSP there before joining Epic IT, and holds a BSc in Computing Science. Clients know him for clear, friendly, and effective communication. Outside of work he plays Gaelic football, loves travelling, and is always up for a few drinks. He can also, reportedly, do the worm.
