Blackburne’s existing ICT infrastructure, which was heavily reliant on a large on-premise setup, had become increasingly unreliable and difficult to maintain. The successful implementation of the cloud migration project has enabled Blackburne to operate on a modern, hybrid cloud platform within the Microsoft 365 Azure ecosystem. The new system is significantly more reliable, cost-effective, and flexible, with the ability to scale in response to business demands. The office relocation was executed smoothly, with only minimal infrastructure required at the new location—greatly reducing ongoing maintenance and management overheads.
