Last month, Francis joined our service team to assist with service ticket management and proactive services. Francis has made a fantastic start already working closely with our service leadership team, to help free up some of their time and fine tune our administrative processes.
Francis has an IT / software development background and will be soon putting this skillset into play by helping Epic IT improve its service ticket management processes. This talented man will also be helping the service desk team with IT requests as he continues to grow his IT and software development skills with us.
Francis spends his downtime by learning and expanding his IT knowledge with home labs he has setup. He also writes applications and software, some of which are used to help his family’s Carnarvon farming business, in controlling machinery and reticulation systems remotely.
