As an experienced IT service technician / coordinator, Alona joined us to become our service department’s primary dispatcher / service coordinator. In addition to technical coordination of jobs, this talented professional brings a vast background of technical expertise to the company, along with a very healthy appetite to document IT systems. Which means Alona will not only be servicing, refining and improving many facets of our service administration, but she will also be getting on the tools providing technical support to our customers.
When she is not working, Alona enjoys her down time reading novels, catching up on her favourites TV series and even escaping into the outdoors. Preferably, all three at the same time.
