Our partner were using a legacy POP3 email system that was marked for retirement. They required a solution that would be more scalable and flexible to run seamlessly across their 19 service locations throughout Western Australia on any device. Epic IT has had the unique privilege in sharing a relationship with our partner spanning over 15 years! Historically Epic IT have had little to do with our partner’s ICT due to the nature of the franchise structure, instead focusing on their online solutions for the 15 years, however we were only too happy to dive in and help out with their ICT.
Epic IT recommended a move to Microsoft Office 365 to leverage the power of cloud email.
Epic IT immediately recommended our partner make the move to Microsoft Office 365 which would stabilise the company’s corporate email in cloud. Our partner’s email data would synchronise across multiple devices and computers giving secure access to email data from anywhere from any device. During consultation and deployment Epic IT also introduced Microsoft Teams collaboration to their marketing team as a possible solution to address current communication and collaboration short falls within their stores.
Our partner's email has not missed a beat. Microsoft Teams was also a hit.
Since moving to Microsoft Office 365, our partner has enjoyed a worry free cloud email environment. It has enabled seamless use of email accounts across multiple devices and platforms with all data securely residing in Microsoft Office 365. Our partner did also try Microsoft Teams as an alternative to a traditional intranet, and loved it. They successfully setup powerful collaboration channels opening up the communication lines and boosting productivity between all franchise stores. Now there is a single application all franchise stores can communicate and collaborate with eachother. Head office is now in better sync with all stores. A fantastic example of what Microsoft Office 365 can do down the track for a business once you make the initial move.
