Challenge

Our partner was seeking a new managed services provider.

In 2019, our partner here was looking for a new MSP provider that could provide responsive support and leadership for their Perth based team situated in the Perth CBD. Our partner consisted of a mixed environment comprising of both Windows and Mac systems. Therefore, it was imperative that their next MSP would not only be comfortable but very proficient supporting both desktop systems. Our partner engaged Epic IT.

Our partner choose Epic IT for their Managed Services.

After being chosen to provide managed services for our partner, Epic IT immediately got to work with the MSA onboard process. Epic IT onboarded our partner onto our MSA platform. Epic IT complemented this solution with an advanced managed network service providing security and network management coupled with real-time interactive reporting.
