Assessing Perth business IT environments since 2003
Most Perth businesses do not have a clear picture of their IT health. Systems accumulate over time, security gaps go unnoticed, and nobody has looked at the full environment with fresh eyes in years. Our free IT assessment changes that.
A senior IT consultant reviews your infrastructure, security posture, operations, and technology roadmap. You get an honest assessment of where you stand, what risks exist, and what the highest-priority actions are. No sales pitch. Just a clear picture and practical recommendations.
The assessment is designed for Perth businesses with 20 to 200 staff who want to understand their IT environment before making investment decisions. Whether you are considering a new managed services provider, planning a technology project, or just want an independent review, the assessment gives you the information you need.

Our assessment covers the areas that matter most for keeping your business running securely and efficiently.
Server and workstation age, warranty status, performance, and capacity. Network configuration, internet connectivity, and redundancy. We identify hardware nearing end-of-life and systems that need attention before they cause problems.
Firewall configuration, endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, and backup validation. We assess your security against SMB1001 and Essential Eight frameworks and identify the gaps that matter most.
Licence utilisation, security configuration, Entra ID setup, email deliverability, and SharePoint/Teams adoption. Many businesses are paying for features they are not using or running M365 without basic security controls. We identify both.
Current support arrangements, response times, documentation quality, and user satisfaction. We assess whether your current IT support is delivering value or just logging tickets. If you have an internal team, we look at how they can be better supported.
You get a written assessment report with clear findings and prioritised recommendations. We present the results in person, walk through each finding, and answer your questions. There is no pressure to proceed with anything.
If you decide to act on the recommendations, we can help through our managed services, project management, or strategy planning services. If you decide to stay with your current provider, you still keep the report and can use it to hold them accountable.

Yes. The assessment is complimentary with no obligation to proceed with any services. We offer it because it gives us the opportunity to show you how we work and demonstrate the value we can deliver. You get a written report with findings and recommendations regardless of whether you become a client.
The onsite or remote review typically takes two to four hours depending on the size of your environment. The written report is delivered within one week, followed by a presentation meeting with your leadership team. The entire process from booking to results takes about two weeks.
We need read-only access to assess your environment properly. This includes your Microsoft 365 admin console, network infrastructure, and server environment. We are happy to work alongside your current IT team or provider during the assessment. All findings are confidential.
The free IT assessment is designed for Perth businesses with 20 to 200 staff. Businesses below that threshold often have simpler needs that can be addressed in a phone consultation. Larger organisations may require a more detailed IT strategy engagement.
If we identify critical security risks or infrastructure failures during the assessment, we flag them immediately rather than waiting for the final report. For urgent issues, we can provide emergency remediation through our consulting services. The assessment exists to find problems before they cause damage.
