Founding the company back in 2006, Greg has since grown Epic IT into a thriving business but not without the help of his dedicated and hardworking team. With over 15 years’ experience in ICT, Greg is not only ITIL certified but also holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and a Degree in Computer Science.
Greg these days is a little less “hands on” and has been superseded by a very talented team. A team that clearly share his passion in innovation, service excellence and attention to detail. Instead Greg now focuses more on forging great relationships, partnerships and pursuing business opportunities.

Matt joined the team in 2013 as a service consultant and has quickly advanced his career at Epic IT. Matt is as focused and hardworking as they come with a strong passion for service delivery. Matt holds numerous Microsoft certifications and is also ITIL Service certified.
These days Matt has moved more into a service management role and is currently the team leader and service coordinator of the group. Since Matt moved into this role, Epic IT has enjoyed an all-time high customer feedback rating which is a testament to his hard work in this area.
As a self-confessed gym junkie and Aussie rules footy fanatic, Matt is very committed to his sports and health which requires a great deal of discipline and dedication. It is this very same attitude Matt brings into the office each day, along with 20kgs of body building supplements.""
Shane is the senior technical account manager for Epic IT. As he is also very technical, he spends a lot of his time on solution design and RnD putting him in a position where he can always recommend the most optimal solutions for our customers. Shane’s addition to the team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having helped establish and run a successful Managed Service Provider business in Sydney, NSW.
Shane loves his sports, particularly Basketball and while he spends his up time frequently above the hoop his down time is more reserved for taking trips with his young family to Margaret River to escape IT even if its just for short moment.""
Brett joined the Epic IT team in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of customer service experience. Starting his IT career in a technical role, he has progressed from “hands on” site work, project and operations management, finally finding his flair in Account Management. Brett is continuously refining his craft by always finding new and better ways to look after our customers, by empowering them with best advice and strategic solutions at their fingertips.
Out of the office, Brett loves to travel and see the world. When he is not exploring jungles in South America, or carving up the slopes in Whistler he can usually be found adventuring around Perth with his young family and his energetic puppy.
David joined the team in 2015 as an experienced service engineer. Having spent many years in both remote and onsite service desk roles, David brings plenty of knowledge to our team. In recent times David has started wearing multiple hats for Epic IT working within technical sales although you can still catch him on the phone driving a cloud migration or providing calm and collected support.
David is not only as cool as a cucumber when it comes to ICT support, he actually grows his own at home! As a keen citrus and vegetable cultivator you can often find him nurturing his prized possessions in his backyard together with his wife and new born. David is also very passionate about his DC and Marvel. A true superman with many secret talents and interests.""
Natalie was brought into the company for her extensive experience working in end user desktop IT hardware and software sales. Natalie’s role involves the end to end procurement lifecycle of quoting, ordering and processing client equipment, subscriptions and software.
Natalie is on the ball with ensuring the business procurement processes are ticking away and purchases are being successfully received by our customers. Natalie is a lover of animals and the outdoors and when not in the office likes to spend her time exercising with her pooch.""
Nikki works in Finance and Payroll. She has extensive experiencing in accounting and financial controls for small businesses. Over the years, she has helped Epic IT transform and improve many internal processes and we cannot thank her enough for this.
According to the entire team, Nikki is considered the most important staff member at Epic IT because she pays them. But while Nikki spends a lot of time juggling and managing the finances in the office, she spends a lot more time outside the office juggling and managing her young children and family.""
Kelly will be the friendly voice you may find yourself talking to and is here to not only help the team but also assist you with any administration needs or enquiries you may have. Kelly has extensive experience in managing people and complex HR issues.
Outside the office, Kelly makes the most of her opportunity and spends the time with her family. As an appreciator of the great outdoors, she can be frequently found in a caravan exploring our beautiful state of Western Australia.""
Having completed multiple degrees and certifications, Aaron is the brains behind a lot of the innovation and integration oozing out of our design engine room at Epic IT. He can integrate into anything and has been driving and directing the development of many of our Microsoft 365 and Azure data security systems. Aaron these days spends less time fixing and more time creating however Aaron is still known to provide top notch support when duty calls.

Joining Epic IT in 2011, Luke’s broad skill set is highly complemented by his advanced networking experience. He is our longest serving staff member and there is nothing Luke cannot accomplish to achieve a secure and reliable network. Luke has also largely been involved in the design and commissioning of our unique cloud infrastructure and integrations, as well as providing general support to all of our clients.
In his spare time Luke loves his photography as it is another thing he very good at. So good, he has had his work published in various magazines. He even took his own photo here.""
Brandon joined the team in late 2017 and hit the ground running since day one. As an extremely bright young man that communicates very well with anyone he engages, Brandon’s professionalism with customers is well beyond his years. While still a young guy, he is an experienced academic always looking to apply his knowledge and drive improvement to not only himself but also the company.
In his spare time Brandon really enjoys the gaming industry. So much so, that he fine tunes his skills by watching gamers, watching other gamers that are watching different gamers play a game. Confused?""
Brody joined the team late 2019, and has cultivated his IT skills and knowledge through a mix of hands on experience and lots and lots of questions. His enthusiasm to learn and tackle problems head-on has made him an excellent first point of contact on the service desk. With his desire to learn, he seeks to take on larger tasks and improve the processes employed at the service desk.
In his down time, he is an enthusiast video game map maker, primarily for Team Fortress 2, contributing content and engaging with the gaming community. He can also be seen spending quality time with his partner, from practising yoga, to travelling around WA.""
Lachlan joined the team in mid 2020 and quickly hit his straps to the busy day in day out of the service desk. Armed with an Advanced Diploma in Network Security he is already providing the level of support you have come to expect from Epic IT.
In his spare time he has racked up almost 2 years of play time on various games and has competed in 100’s of E-sports tournaments, although he’s only won 4.
