EPICIT has come up with a new low cost Monitoring Plan to protect your corporate computer network and servers. For a small monthly fee, an EPICIT administrator will monitor your computer network and servers daily / weekly to check it is performing correctly. They will also monitor performance indicators and check that security has not been breached.
Why you need it?
The EPICIT Monitoring Plan is designed to identify and correct system flaws before they happen. All computer networks are susceptible to attacks from a wide variety of sources such as hackers, spammers and viruses. An attack from one of these sources can be very costly to fix and the best protective measure is to prevent the attack from occurring in the first place. Our experienced IT Administrators will use sophisticated monitoring tools and analysis techniques to identify potential faults in the network and recommend the necessary changes.
What it involves?
As part of our Monitoring Plan, an EPICIT administrator will log onto the network remotely, on a daily basis, and perform a series of stringent checks to ensure the network has not been compromised. We monitor five main criteria that includes, but is not limited to:
- Data Backups
- Server Monitoring
- Mail Server Monitoring
- Anti-Virus
- Security
At the end of each month, the EPICIT team will send you a brief report detailing the outcomes of our monitoring.
How much will it cost?
