Our computer and server maintenance plans are designed to maximize the performance of computers and servers on your network. With our plans, a qualified Epic I.T. technician will visit your Perth based premises at a time convenient to you and service all the computers and servers.
Why you need it?
The fact that computer hardware will fail at some point is often overlooked and unplanned for. The computer hardware’s internal components can be affected by dust and general wear and tear, whilst software performance can become unstable and "cluttered". The computer's performance can become sluggish with extended boot-up sequences and "freezing applications", all eventually resulting in system failure. Regular maintenance will not only protect against hardware failure but allow your PC to operate more quickly, resulting in improved productivity and higher efficiency for your business.
What it involves?
The Maintenance Schedule Plan is very flexible to cater to the demands and requirements of your organization. As a general rule, Epic I.T. recommends that Server computers be serviced every 1 - 3 months, whilst normal desktop PC’s and laptops should be serviced every 4 - 6 months.
The Epic I.T. technician can also offer recommendations for possible upgrades to further improve performance.
How much will it cost?
Our special discount rate applies to all our maintenance, with the total cost depending on the number of Servers and PC’s that require servicing. As a general rule, a basic PC service will take 30 minutes to complete while Server service will take 1 hour to complete. Given the cost of a new workstation PC is around $1,200.00 and the cost of rebuilding a failed PC is around $350.00 (not including the cost of new hardware), performing regular scheduled maintenance on your computers will not only save you money but save in hours of lost productivity due to faulty and under performing software and hardware.
