Electrical Group Training provides employment and training opportunities in the electrotechnology industry to deliver highly skilled and motivated tradespeople. Apprentices and trainees are exposed to the full range of practical training and hands on experience in the electrotechnology industry providing Host employers with a consistent supply of high quality, skilled workers to support their business operations on a short or long term basis.
Since 1989 EGT has provided a consistent supply of high quality, skilled employees to meet current and future labour and skills needs. EGT's main focus is to provide electrical apprenticeships,
electrotechnology traineeships,
security traineeships, and telecommunications traineeships.
As a not-for-profit group training organisation, EGT employs and trains apprentices and trainees within the electro-technology industry and places them with a variety hosts for an agreed period in order to gain a wide range of on the job experience.
